Although originally designed as a 5+1 layout, our villa has been upgraded to a 7+1 with two additional year-round rooms enclosed with glass balcony systems (Pimapen) — one facing the road and one overlooking the pool. At the back, a 12 m² poolside living space has been created with a split air conditioner, offering a cool retreat in the summer right after your swim, and a warm, cozy view of the pool in winter. An automatic cleaning and chemical dosing robot has been added to the pool, so while you relax, the pool maintains itself. The villa offers the unique luxury of enjoying both a private sauna and a swimming pool. Hot water is provided by solar energy in the summer and a Siemens instant water heater in the winter. A covered parking area for three vehicles keeps your cars protected from the sun, and a Mercedes Wallbox offers charging for electric vehicles. Each of the seven rooms is equipped with air conditioning, ensuring a cool summer and warm winter environment. Supported by a powerful 40 kW AKSA generator, the villa offers uninterrupted electricity supply.
